1. Information we collect
We collect the following information when you use Pulse:
- Account information: name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account
- Billing information: payment details are processed and stored by our billing provider, not stored on our servers
- Service credentials: internal credentials used to power your assistant, stored encrypted at rest
- Usage data: instance status, deployment timestamps, and service interactions
- Message and attachment content you submit through web chat, Telegram, or WhatsApp
2. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain your hosted instance
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send email for account verification, password reset, billing, and service operations
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the service and fix issues
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your account data is stored in AWS RDS and media is stored in private Cloudflare R2. Credentials are encrypted at rest and connections use HTTPS. Authenticated media is private; links created for channel delivery are expiring links.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Pulse:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): EC2 instance hosting and RDS database storage
- Cloudflare R2: private attachment storage and delivery
- OpenRouter and model providers: AI model routing and assistant responses
- Nous Research Hermes: assistant runtime software
- FAL: image generation for enabled plans
- Kapso and WhatsApp: WhatsApp message delivery
- Telegram: Telegram message delivery
- Sentry: configured application error monitoring
- Configured search providers: web search requested through assistant tools
- Google OAuth: account sign-in
- User-connected integration providers: services you authorize the assistant to access
Message and attachment content is sent to the selected AI, model, search, messaging, or connected integration providers as needed to fulfill your requests.
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].
6. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. When a stopped terminal subscription state is recorded, tenant runtime cleanup is scheduled for 30 days later. Billing, fraud, audit, and legal records may be retained longer when needed for those obligations. You may export your user-visible data or request account deletion.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. The last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
